💼 Terms of Sale

• Orders are accepted under these Conditions only.

• Modifications to terms must be in writing by a director of True Trace DNA.

💸 Prices, Payment & Delivery

• Prices listed online or quoted in writing by True Trace DNA apply.

• Price changes due to costs or delays are possible—with notification and the option to cancel.

• Full payment is required before processing test results.

• Payment must be accurate and complete; may be verified.

• Third-party processors handle transactions securely.

 

❌ Cancellation, Refunds, & Charges

• You have 3 business days from order acceptance to cancel with no penalty—unless Kits have shipped, appointments scheduled, or samples collected.

• Damaged Kits may be exchanged or refunded.

• All other cancellations and completed orders are subject to fees or are final.

• True Trace DNA reserves the right to decline orders at any stage.

• Refunds for erroneous results may be offered at discretion.

• Provide legally authorized and uncontaminated samples.

• You must be of legal age and sound mind.

• The information from Services may be emotionally impactful.

• You’re responsible for safeguarding your account and test results.

 

🛡️ Privacy, Security & Restrictions

Use of the Site is governed by True Trace DNA’s Privacy Policy. You agree not to breach Site security or use it illegally. User-generated content becomes non-confidential and may be used without compensation.
